Associate / Youth Pastor - Hackleburg Alabama USA - FullTime

Position Available:

Associate / Youth Pastor

Overall Responsibilities:

Community Church at Hackleburg is in an amazing season of opportunity. God is moving in a great way to take the next steps in our mission to “Impact our Community, Region, and World for Christ.” In this season we are looking for a full-time pastor to join our staff with a heart for the youth of our church and our community. With our leadership team and lead pastor, we will work together to love, support, care for, and help each one reach their purpose and use their gifts.
Community Church at Hackleburg is uniquely positioned both in our community and in our state to make a dynamic impact as we Connect in relationships, Grow strong in Christ, and Serve Christ in and through the church. We are physically located in the center of town and right across from the local school. We have a great relationship with our school staff and our city government. We are blessed with outstanding facilities to conduct any type of ministry or outreach possible. We sit on 47 acres with a modern sanctuary and classrooms and offices in our main building, to our second building that contains a full basketball court and both youth and children’s sanctuaries that are very large with each being fully equipped with good sound, lights, and other technology. Most importantly we have the heart to reach people for Christ by meeting their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. We reach not only our immediate community of Hackleburg but stretch into many of the schools of the area as well each year with our church families and community friendships.
In addition to the primary full-time pastoral staff we are looking to fill, we have other possible opportunities in both our worship ministries and in an associate pastoral role. Depending on the situation and candidate, we would also consider a period of internship in some of these areas.
Our process will consist of several conversations both with the lead pastor and our advisory team consisting of youth, parents, and adult leaders in our church. Our heart is to find the will of the Lord with a multitude of counselors. If you or someone you know might be a good fit, let us know. Together we want to discern the will of the Lord.
